Description
Each Starter Deck contains everything you need to start playing out the ultimate super-powered battles with your friends. Each of the four starter decks are built around a specific Power type, and include four Character cards, 13 Special cards for those characters, and each starter contains foundational cards that DO NOT appear in booster packs, such as Mission cards and Event cards, Training cards, Ally cards and Basic Universe cards.
